Tiny Baobabs Fees

** Note:  All fees must be paid in advance for the following month.

Registration fees

A non-refundable registration fee of R2000 is payable upon registration of a child for new enrolments. This fee reserves placement in our school for one calendar month. This fee includes access to our security system that allows entry onto the school grounds to registered parents only as well as the three day assessment. Learners who are already enrolled must pay a registration fee of R1500 annually in the first school week of January. A registration fee is not deductible from actual school fees. 

Payment method: Please pay by means of:

-Debit order

-EFT

Additional payments:

Extramural activities (sother than what the school offers); late collection fees and speech therapy.

Late collection fees:

All late collections will be billed at R 100 per 15 minutes of late pick up.

Non-payment:

Should the person responsible for the account default on payment, the cost of debt collecting will be added to the outstanding amount. Tiny Baobabs reserves the right of admission and will refuse entry to any child whose school fees are not paid by the 1st of each month. Furthermore, penalty charges will be charged for late payments. After one month’s missed payment, account payers will need to sign and arrange for debit order payments should they wish for their child to continue their enrollment at Tiny Baobabs.

School fee invoices:

Monthly invoices will be e-mailed to the person responsible for account payments. Please ensure that your e-mail address is correct on the application form. The monthly fees are still due and payable regardless if you received the monthly statement or not.

Notice of withdrawal

A one (1) month written notice is required, except when notice is given on or after 1 September, in which a two (2) calendar months written notice is required. Please note 1 September is the last date on which notice can be given for the year. Any intention of termination that takes place after this date will require the payment of the full yearly outstanding fees. Notice cannot be given during October, November and December months.
